Graham Cockarill (Neil Walton)

Meet Graham Cockarill -
our 2017 Parliamentary Candidate

The Liberal Democrats have chosen experienced campaigner Graham Cockarill as their candidate in the 2017 General Election.

Graham is an experienced campaigner and councillor, having served on Hart District Council since 2002. In that time he has been on both the Planning and Overview & Scrutiny Committees. He is currently the vice-chair of the Planning Committee and was Chair for six of the previous seven years.

He was the Liberal Democrat parliamentary candidate for this constituency in 2015 and has been the Liberal Democrat County Council candidate for Odiham & Hook.

Graham says:

"The election on June 8th is your chance to change the direction of the country. A disastrous hard Brexit will hit people in the pocket across the country, with the poorest families hit hardest. We need to protect jobs by keeping Britain in the single market and have a real alternative to the Conservatives.

"Only the Liberal Democrats are challenging the Conservatives over their hard Brexit plans."
